All classes are in Pacific Standard Time.

Once you sign up, the class registration confirmation email will include the Zoom link for that class. A reminder email will be sent 15 minutes before the class starts with the class details and the Zoom link.

The initial link will prompt you to download Zoom (it’s FREE) from the device of your choice.
